Adventure Park Cottages - Booking Terms & Conditions

By confirming a booking at Adventure Park Cottages, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Duration

Accommodation can be booked for a single night through to extended stays of up to two weeks, subject to availability.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM

• Check-out: By 12:00 noon

Late departures may incur additional charges unless arranged in advance.

3. Cleaning Service Fee

A one-off cleaning service fee applies to each accommodation booking and must be selected at the time of booking. This ensures cottages and cabins are professionally prepared for each guest stay.

4. Vehicle Access & Road Levy

Guests bringing vehicles onto the property during their stay are required to pay a $10 per vehicle Car Levy. This fee contributes to road maintenance and council charges associated with property access. If you are four wheel driving this fee is waived and covered in your 4WD fee.

5. 4WD Track Access & Indemnity

Access to the off-road 4WD tracks is not included in accommodation bookings.

• Day Entry Fee: $55 per vehicle (initial entry)

• Consecutive Day Access: $10 per vehicle per day following the initial entry

Guests intending to use the 4WD tracks must:

• Ensure their vehicle is suitable and properly equipped

• Drive to conditions and follow all safety signage

• Complete and sign a 4WD indemnity form, which will be sent with your booking confirmation

Failure to complete the indemnity form may result in denied track access.

6. Pricing & Guest Numbers

Accommodation pricing varies by cottage or cabin:

• Some cottages offer a standard nightly rate for two guests, with additional charges applying for extra guests.

• Other accommodation options are offered at a flat rate, regardless of guest numbers.

Maximum occupancy limits must be followed.

7. Cancellations & Booking Changes

If you need to cancel or postpone your booking:

• A credit will be issued for the full booking value.

• Credits may be used toward a future stay.

• Refunds are not provided.

Advance notice is appreciated to assist with rescheduling.

8. Guest Responsibilities & Property Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests:

• Respect the property, facilities, wildlife and natural environment

• Follow park signage and safety guidelines at all times

• Children must be supervised by an adult

• Campfires permitted only in designated fire pits and in accordance with fire restrictions

• No loud noise or disturbances after 10:00 PM

• Leave accommodation in reasonable condition upon departure

• Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly

• Pets are permitted and must be on a leash and must be supervised at all times. Pets are not welcome inside and must be housed outside the accommodation options.

Additional cleaning, damage, or rule violation fees may apply.

9. Acceptance of Terms

Completion of a booking confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
